はじめまして、スタッフの星です。これから、ちょくちょくブログ更新していきたいと思っておりますので、時々、チェックしてくださいね。

事務所の移転から、早１週間がたとうとしていますが、ようやく新しい環境にも慣れてきました。仕事上、頻繁に足を運ぶ合同庁舎や、市役所、法務局も近く大変便利になりました。日当たりもよく（朝日でパソコンの画面が見えないくらい）、前の事務所より多少広くなり、とても仕事のやりやすい環境です。新しい事務所は、国道１１８号線沿いにありますが、会津若松市の景観賞を受賞した建築物です。大家さんも、景観についてはかなり関心を持っておられ、この建物にほこりを持っておられるようです。近年、全国にしろ、市内にしろ、耐震偽装の問題のせいもあるのか、ブランドネームの安心を求めて、ハウスメーカーさんに依頼されるケースがかなり多くなったように思えます。

わたしは、地元の人間として、会津の街並みがその他大勢の街並みになってしまうのを危惧しています。

せめて、わたしたちの提案する住まい創りは、お客様、そして、会津のアイデンティティーを大事にして、グローバル化の波に逆らい、ローカルパワー全開でがんばっていきたいと思います！！
