先日、喜多方市の慶徳にあります、長床こと、新宮熊野神社を訪ねてきました。

長床は、昭和３８年に国の重要文化財に指定されました。当初は拝殿として建てられたようで、その建立年次は不明ですが、解体調査によると、形式・技法等から平安末期の建立と見られ、少なくとも鎌倉初期は下らないものだそうです。

長大な規模と木太い柱の配列が特徴で、直径１尺５寸（45.5ｃｍ）の円柱４４本が１０尺（303ｃｍ）の等間隔に５列に並びます。四方が吹抜けのため、内部に林立する太い柱が見通され、いかにも古風でまさしく平安期の荘厳な趣を今に伝えてくれます。（資料抜粋）

長々と、書きましたが、百聞は一見にしかずで、見たことない方は、一度見てみてください。結構な迫力で、ご年配の方々が、写生をしにいらしてました。

  2. These games are awesome and the graphic is awesome as well,I recently playing them days and nights!,and I definitely agrree what up floor said. I would like to play the game with updated graphics, but then again, I think they game should be “perfect” and faithful to the original.
