ちょっと（暖房）
昨日、会津美里町の去年新築させていただきましたお客様のところへ、点検でおじゃまさせていただきました。外は３月も過ぎたというのに、吹雪！玄関を開けるとポワ～ンとあたたかい(~_~)
おばあちゃんがあがってお茶を飲んでいきなさいというのでお言葉にあまえて・・・・・
おばあちゃん曰く、訪ねて来るお客さんが「床暖房がはいってるの？」と聞いてくるらしい。
こちらのお客様の住まいには、温水パネルヒーターを全室に配置しました。パネルヒーターは、窓の下へ設置することによってコールドドラフト現象をおさえ、窓からの冷気で暖房の熱が対流し、輻射熱として部屋全体を暖める効果を発揮します。それゆえに、床、壁、天井の表面温度が暖かく、床暖房が入っているかと錯覚されるほどの暖かさが得られるのです。ファンヒーターなどの局所暖房器具では、室温が２５℃にあがったとしても、床、壁などの表面温度が上がらないために、例えば極端な話、室温２０℃の輻射熱暖房の部屋のほうが体感温度的に暖かく感じるわけです。古い家のときは、ファンヒーター+こたつの生活だったそうですが、今はこたつは必要ないそうです。
最近、よく耳にする、特にお年寄りが暖かい部屋から、寒いトイレやお風呂へ入り急激な血圧の変化で脳卒中や心臓麻痺を引きを越すヒートショックは、こういった局所暖房が原因になっているのではないでしょうか。地方によっては、天気予報で花粉注意報同様に、ヒートショック注意報を出しているところがあるそうです。
いつもニコニコ私に話しかけてくれるおばあちゃん、元気に長生きしていただきたいですね。
ヒートアップして長くなってしまいましたが、今度は断熱について。
